As the CEO of both ACS Infrastructure and IRIDIUM, Nuria oversees the firm’s existing concession portfolio, which boasts 47 complex infrastructure P3 projects, with asset values of €33+ billion, as well as new project pursuits throughout Europe, North America, and Latin America.
Nuria is recognized by government authorities, contractors, partners, and the financial community throughout the industry as a leader in the infrastructure sector. Nuria has been with ACS Group since 2009. Under her leadership, the organization has consolidated its global position as one of the most active and successful infrastructure developers, with a winning track-record of submitted bids and exceptional results in the asset management of its awarded projects.
Vicente Maraña
Chief Operating Officer
In his role, Vicente manages and coordinates all of ACS’s P3 business development initiatives across North America, acting as commercial lead on behalf of the organization. He is deeply involved in all aspects of P3 development, including technical, financial, commercial, and legal. Vicente regularly interacts with stakeholders and brings relevant and current knowledge of the P3 market conditions. His comprehensive knowledge is founded on his international work in the civil infrastructure industry, where he has provided technical, commercial, and strategic advice to contracting authorities, sponsors, and funders on various multi-billion-dollar P3 transactions at all stages of their preparation, tender, and implementation.

As COO of ACS Infrastructure in North America, Vicente has oversight on all performance aspects of the organization’s project portfolio. In addition to his role as COO, he currently sits on the Board of Directors for all of ACS’s concessions and maintenance companies, where he effectively applies efficient leadership and critical decision-making skills to help ensure each project’s success. Vicente is well-versed in championing projects at this level and is experienced in executing effective strategies and implementation plans which ensure project milestones and goals are successfully achieved. As COO, Vicente is also responsible for ACS' Technical Department. He regularly provides strategic and critical direction for project development through his role on various Equity Steering Committees.

Ovidio is an accomplished infrastructure financier with over 14 years of experience in the P3 infrastructure sector. He provides oversight and leadership on all financing aspects of ACS’s current North American portfolio which boasts 17 transportation P3 projects, with a total investment value of over $24 billion. In addition, Ovidio leads ACS’s internal finance team in the management, negotiations, and structuring of all financing proposals for projects that are still in tender. Ovidio has led and structured many successful transactions in the United States, Canada, and Latin America and has been directly involved in numerous bid submissions that included securing fully committed financing.

Steve has over 40 years of experience in highway and major asset infrastructure development. In his current role, Steve is responsible for business development efforts throughout the United States. He works with clients and ACS Infrastructure’s project teams to develop projects and optimally structure and deliver best value opportunities for public owners. Previously, Steve spent 30 years working for the North Carolina Department of Transportation, where he directed the statewide highway construction program. He possesses strong client relations skills and his career in government gives him a unique perspective of understanding the view of public owners.

Jonathan has significant experience in strategy, construction, engineering, development, and project management on various transportation infrastructure projects. These projects involve the pursuit, financing, design, construction, operations, and maintenance of some of the most challenging undertakings in North America. Jonathan is responsible for originating and executing infrastructure P3 investments across North America for ACS Infrastructure. Working with both public and private sector participants in multi-disciplinary project and client teams, Jonathan is a leader within the P3 community, specializing in the organization, procurement, implementation, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Robert has over 25 years of practical experience in highway and major asset infrastructure operations and maintenance. He has been directly involved in multiple projects around the world and provides a wide range of expertise and knowledge in all activities related to operating and maintaining large infrastructure projects. Robert is responsible for ACS Infrastructures’ operating entities and technical team, which develop project-specific solutions to ensure transportation infrastructure operations and maintenance is performed safely, cost-effectively and designed to consistently meet client performance specifications and user experience expectations.

Alvaro has nearly 30 years of experience in highway and other major asset infrastructure maintenance and rehabilitation. In his current role, Alvaro is responsible for spearheading the development of project-specific solutions to implement life-cycle maintenance, replacement, and rehabilitation management programs. This includes developing plans for scheduled routine and unscheduled emergency maintenance; implementing major replacement and rehabilitation programs; and creating and operating maintenance and asset management information systems. Through his experience as CEO and COO of several large P3 projects, Alvaro has managed the development, design, construction, and operations phases of large, complex, transportation projects in North and South America.

Gaby oversees all legal aspects of the operations of ACS Infrastructure throughout North America. Her responsibilities include managing the legal department, overseeing the full term of P3 projects, directing the implementation of legal and compliance policies, and leading ACS Infrastructure’s corporate legal strategy for contract negotiations. Gaby oversees all legal matters relating to ACS Infrastructure’s North American portfolio, which boasts more than 17 large-scale transportation P3 projects, as well as select projects in South America. Gaby’s primary responsibilities include the oversight of all legal aspects of the company’s P3 projects, including negotiating project agreements with public authorities, teaming arrangements and shareholders agreements with equity partners, drop-downs with subcontractors, financing agreements for new P3 projects, refinancings, and sale and purchase agreements of ACS Infrastructure’s equity interest in mature P3s to recycle capital for future endeavors.

She enjoys working with other senior-level executives to support recruitment, competence development, and performance management with the goal of creating an impact on our employees’ professional growth, as well as personal lives and wellbeing along the way.

Stephanie has nearly 15 years of experience managing alternative delivery proposals and corporate marketing initiatives within the transportation infrastructure industry. In her current role, Stephanie oversees and assists with a variety of tasks, with the end goal of increasing sales and setting the company apart from others in the industry. Stephanie manages and oversees the procurement process for all pursuits, ensuring the high standards and quality that ACS Infrastructure represents are properly demonstrated to our clients and industry partners. She also managed and executed a full corporate rebranding for ACS Infrastructure, as well their sister company, IRIDIUM, in Madrid.

In his role, Vicente manages and coordinates all of ACS’s P3 business development initiatives across North America, acting as commercial lead on behalf of the organization. He is deeply involved in all aspects of P3 development, including technical, financial, commercial, and legal. Vicente regularly interacts with stakeholders and brings relevant and current knowledge of the P3 market conditions. His comprehensive knowledge is founded on his international work in the civil infrastructure industry, where he has provided technical, commercial, and strategic advice to contracting authorities, sponsors, and funders on various multi-billion-dollar P3 transactions at all stages of their preparation, tender, and implementation.

As COO of ACS Infrastructure in North America, Vicente has oversight on all performance aspects of the organization’s project portfolio. In addition to his role as COO, he currently sits on the Board of Directors for all of ACS’s concessions and maintenance companies, where he effectively applies efficient leadership and critical decision-making skills to help ensure each project’s success. Vicente is well-versed in championing projects at this level and is experienced in executing effective strategies and implementation plans which ensure project milestones and goals are successfully achieved. As COO, Vicente is also responsible for ACS' Technical Department. He regularly provides strategic and critical direction for project development through his role on various Equity Steering Committees.

Ovidio is an accomplished infrastructure financier with over 14 years of experience in the P3 infrastructure sector. He provides oversight and leadership on all financing aspects of ACS’s current North American portfolio which boasts 17 transportation P3 projects, with a total investment value of over $24 billion. In addition, Ovidio leads ACS’s internal finance team in the management, negotiations, and structuring of all financing proposals for projects that are still in tender. Ovidio has led and structured many successful transactions in the United States, Canada, and Latin America and has been directly involved in numerous bid submissions that included securing fully committed financing.

Steve has over 40 years of experience in highway and major asset infrastructure development. In his current role, Steve is responsible for business development efforts throughout the United States. Previously, Steve spent 30 years working for the North Carolina Department of Transportation, where he directed the statewide highway construction program. He possesses strong client relations skills and his career in government gives him a unique perspective of understanding the view of public owners.

Jonathan has significant experience in strategy, construction, engineering, development, and project management on various transportation infrastructure projects. These projects involve the pursuit, financing, design, construction, operations, and maintenance of some of the most challenging undertakings in North America. Jonathan is responsible for originating and executing infrastructure P3 investments across North America for ACS Infrastructure. Working with both public and private sector participants in multi-disciplinary project and client teams, Jonathan is a leader within the P3 community, specializing in the organization, procurement, implementation, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Robert has over 25 years of practical experience in highway and major asset infrastructure operations and maintenance. He has been directly involved in multiple projects around the world and provides a wide range of expertise and knowledge in all activities related to operating and maintaining large infrastructure projects. Robert is responsible for ACS Infrastructures’ operating entities and technical team, which develop project-specific solutions to ensure transportation infrastructure operations and maintenance is performed safely, cost-effectively and designed to consistently meet client performance specifications and user experience expectations.

Alvaro has nearly 30 years of experience in highway and other major asset infrastructure maintenance and rehabilitation. In his current role, Alvaro is responsible for spearheading the development of project-specific solutions to implement life-cycle maintenance, replacement, and rehabilitation management programs. This includes developing plans for scheduled routine and unscheduled emergency maintenance; implementing major replacement and rehabilitation programs; and creating and operating maintenance and asset management information systems. Through his experience as CEO and COO of several large P3 projects, Alvaro has managed the development, design, construction, and operations phases of large, complex, transportation projects in North and South America.
