As part of our commitment to the highest ethical standards, we have created a Code of Conduct along with a series of other anti-crime and anti-corruption policies and procedures. Together, they comprise ACS Infra’s Compliance Program. In addition to following all applicable laws and regulations, all employees, officers, and directors of ACS Infra are required to follow this Compliance Program and ensure that others under their supervision do so as well.

We have stablished an Ethics and Compliance Hotline where our personnel can request information and report anonymously to ACS Infra’s Compliance Committee concerns about illegal, unethical, or other behavior that violates the terms or spirit of our Compliance Policies. Our employees have been reassured that retaliation against those who raise a concern in good faith is not tolerated.

It is our belief that partners, subcontractors, suppliers, advisors, and consultants that work with ACS Infra should comply with the same ethical standards, and we use our best efforts to ensure contracts entered into with these third parties include the requirements of our Code of Conduct.
