Our Expertise
Developing, financing, operating, and maintaining the world’s most important infrastructure projects
We are infrastructure developers with broad experience in the development financing, operations, maintenance, and asset management of infrastructure projects. Our focus is to deliver projects for our clients that showcase the best of what the industry has to offer. From start to finish our goal is to always ensure safety, efficiency, environmental responsibility, and shared community contracting opportunities – all while delivering projects with a highly sustainable approach.

What We Do
We put our equity to work in public projects across the globe.
We commit considerable resources to help move projects forward. Our skilled team creates innovative project approaches that can help make the most difficult concepts become reality.
With experts in all phases of transportation project delivery – from overall management to traffic and revenue analysis, technical approaches, finance, contract/legal considerations, and long-term maintenance and operations – we provide unique solutions to all kinds of projects.
Key among our development approaches is assessing project-specific business cases, and developing commercial and financial structures that optimize key components to provide the highest value for money through a balanced risk approach.
We are proud to have participated in the development of some of the most remarkable and innovative infrastructure projects in the market, including:
- First P3 Availability Project in the US: I-595 Corridor Roadway Improvements

- Two Biggest Federal P3 Projects in Canada: New Samuel de Champlain Bridge and Gordie Howe International Bridge

Our project finance approach includes using a vast array of financial instruments to fully optimize any financing structure. Our projects have utilized the full spectrum of financial structures, including private placements, long-term bank financings, broadly marketed long- and medium-term bonds, Transportation Infrastructure Finance & Innovation Act loans, Project Bond Credit Enhancements, export credit agencies SACE (Italy) and ICO (Spain), and various hybrid structures.
